At Designer Man, our mission is to bring value to designer fashion. Much of our stock we receive as previous season items, authorised distributors and chain stores clear out stock to make way for new season stock arriving. We take advantage of this by purchasing stock at really good prices and passing the savings onto you as the customer!

The primary contact method we use at Designer Man is email, we keep overheads at a minimum and this allows us to pass the savings onto you! If the size you want is not showing on the product page you are looking at, this indicates that the item in that particular size is unfortunately out of stock. With the manner in which we operate we are unlikely to receive the same stock in again and all the items are sold on a first come first served type basis.
All the stock that is on the Designer Man website is what we currently have on sale. We are unlikely to receive the same stock again once it is sold out. This is due to customer needs for ever changing stock in order to keep up to date with fashion trends.
You may cancel your order after it is placed, although as we process orders in an efficient manner you must be quick! Please email us, or direct message us on one of the social media platforms we operate on and if the order has not been sent out we should be able to cancel the order.
Payment through the Designer Man website is simple. We accept most major payment methods, including VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DELTA, and PAYPAL. We also accept most other popular credit and debit cards, contact us if you require further information.
The website has measures in place to protect all sensitive information. We have 256 bit SSL in place directly on the site which encrypts all sensitive information. Our payment processor is PayPal, and being one of the largest online payment processors has their own protective measures.

When taking payments, it is dependent on the payment method used. If you pay by card, payment is taken at the point of which your items are ready for dispatch. If you pay by PayPal, funds are debited immediately from your account.

For mainland UK customers, delivery is free and uses a next-day service. All orders are fully tracked and insured against damage or loss. We send all items with tracking, whether it is to mainland UK order or International. We will send your tracking number and where to track automatically upon the item being sent out from us, if you have not received your tracking number after 1 working day of the order being placed then please do not hesitate to contact us.

We'd like to think we've taken the stress out of deciding which postal method to choose when ordering from us. At Designer Man, we offer one UK delivery method that is fast, reliable, efficient, and better yet, free! If you would like a specific postal method to be used then please do not hesitate to Contact Us and we will look to satisfy your needs.
Generally, the courier will leave a calling card and your item will either: be available to be collected from your local Royal Mail office, has been left in a safe place, has been left with a neighbour, will be re-delivered the following day or at a customer defined date.
In all circumstances, the calling card will give advice on the whereabouts of the order.
Sometimes errors can happen, and if we have mistakenly sent out the wrong item to you, please contact us and we can either have the item collected or you may post the item back to us and we will issue the postage costs to you. We will also have the correct item sent back out to you free of postage charge.
In rare cases, some items that may have been ordered may become unavailable and subsequently not sent with an order. If this has happened, you will be contacted via email and advised upon a relevant exchange or refund. If you have not received an e-mail from Designer Man it may have accidentally gone into the junk folder or there may have been another issue, in which case please contact us.
If your item has not arrived, please don’t panic! For UK customers, please wait a week, just in case there are any uncontrollable delays (EU customers 14 days; Rest of World 28 days).
If your order still hasn’t arrived, please proceed to contact us and we can then follow up with the courier, should the item have gone missing whilst in transport we may ask for you to sign a disclaimer so that we can reclaim the order value and refund or re-send your order. We aim to do this quickly and efficiently; and will strive to resolve the matter without hesitation.
To return an item, simply fill out the form on the Returns page; once we’ve received it we will contact you and confirm for the item to be sent back. Please then send the item back to us, with tracking and adequate insurance; we recommend using a recorded delivery method with added insurance if needed to cover the value of the item(s). If there are any issues in returning the item back to us, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will look to assist you in returning your item(s).
If you request a refund then the amount paid will go to the original payment method. If requesting an exchange, please advise which size you require or which item and size you would like to exchange too. We can only accept exchanges for items of the same value or less; if less, we will automatically refund the difference. If you would like to exchange for item(s) that are higher in value then you should request a refund for the returned items and place a new order for the replacement items through the website. If the exchange item is, or becomes out of stock then you will automatically be refunded and contacted.
As part of the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 days from receiving the order to return an item. If, by any means, there is an issue in doing this then please contact us as we may understand extenuating circumstances.
Upon receiving your returned item(s) the refund process takes up to 2-5 working days, although usually it should be complete within 1-2 days. For an exchange, please allow roughly the same amount of time to receive. You will receive an email confirming the return to us; although please be aware that with some banks the refund process may take up to 7-10 working days.
Designer man currently does not have a free returns service, we run on very tight margins to allow the pricing structure we incorporate to work. The simplest way to return an item is to take the parcel to a post office and request a tracked delivery service; please also ensure that there is sufficient compensation should the unlikely event of the parcel going missing happen. A courier may be used if it is a more viable way to return the item; again please ensure it is a tracked service and there is sufficient compensation in place.
For exchanges, please contact us regarding such and we will advise if there are any additional charges for the exchange postage.
Should the item be faulty, if it is our error we will refund the total cost to yourself upon receiving the item back at Designer Man. We will have a replacement item sent out quickly and efficiently if this is what you would like.
Designer Man cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are lost in the post; this is why we advise to ensure that sufficient compensation is in place upon sending back to us. In the unlikely event of that the item does get lost in the post you must contact the courier or post office and file a claim with them for a lost parcel.
If this happens, please contact us immediately and we can gain an understanding of specific instances and try to resolve any such matter.
